Qualifications & Experience
Andras Gyorok
BSc, MSc, MBACP
I’m an integrative psychotherapist, supervisor, and lecturer with a background in psychology, counselling, and mental health support. My path into this work has been shaped by a longstanding interest in how people make sense of their lives — not just intellectually, but emotionally and relationally.

I’ve worked across a range of settings, including community organisations, online platforms, and higher education. Alongside my private practice, I currently teach on the MSc Therapeutic Counselling programme at the University of Greenwich, where I also completed both my undergraduate and postgraduate training.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent over a decade in frontline service roles — work that continues to inform how I think about human contact, pressure, and the real-world contexts people live in.

I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and work in line with their ethical framework, which places an emphasis on integrity, respect, and ongoing reflective practice. I offer all services in both English and Hungarian.
